The Bulacan High School, now the Marcelo H. del Pilar High School, celebrates its Golden Jubilee justifiably proud of its record as an institution of learning.

In the fifty years of its fruitful service to the country and its people, it has earned a respected place in the hall of great institutions, a name engraved in gold on the educational world.

Too, its has reared youth, young men and women into responsible citizens of the country—into men who later become leaders in all fields of endeavor—in the educational, business, moral and government circles—men who add further lustre to the already luminous name of the school.

The school has earned its laurels.

After about a decade, the facade looked like this as the faculty members, led by the principal, Mrs. Aquilina R. Reyes, posed for their annual group picture.

When the MHPHS was transferred in 1983 to its present Sta. Isabel Campus, this is what remained when fire destroyed the wooden structure of the whole building. This marker was put up.

2016. With the construction of Provincial Livelihood Training Center, it is hoped that the area surrounding the remains of the MHPHS facade will be developed as a HARDIN NG GINTONG ALAALA in memory of this golden jubilee building of the old BHS/MHPHS.
